Returns & Exchanges Policy

At UTR Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
